This multi-functional whitening toner brightens, hydrates, and revivies tired looking skin. It's micro-circulation transdermal formulation provides an instant skin plumping feel and also enhances the absorption of the follow-up skincare products.

How to use:
Shake before use. Spray on the face with the eyes closed. Can be used several times a day as needed. Tip: store the toner in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.This product is not suitable for sensitive skin.

LIP PLUMPING : saturate a cotton pad with the toner and place it on the lips for 3 minutes or until a tingling sensation is felt.
